Dark Rose Glamour was carved from a single piece of walnut, then finished with many layers of polyurethane. Of all my carvings this one is my favorite. I created it in the late '70's, as a twenty-year-old, in my garage in Phoenix. It is the first carving I did in hardwood. I think it came out pretty dog-gone good.
